Now, we’re inviting you to join our Summer of Co-production events to turn insights into action! All sessions will take place at Addison Centre, Kempston, Bedford, MK42 8PN
30th April, 09.30-12.00
The first session kicks off with 'Understanding the Experiences of Children, Young People, and their Families in our Mainstream Schools and Community'.
We’re bringing families, schools, and the community together to discuss:

What is working well and needs to be heard?

How can we build a sustainable change to enable strong relationships around all children's needs, being understood and accepted to enabling achieving their full potential?

How can we address bullying and conflict around SEND?
11th June, 9.30-12.00
The second sessions is “Let's talk about SEND and Health”
We’re bringing families, schools, and the community together to discuss:

How can health services and the wider community provide better support for children and young people—helping them feel understood, make progress, and thrive?

While on waiting lists, what additional support is needed to address identified needs effectively?
2nd July, 09.30-12.00
For the final session we discuss “Let's talk SEND activities and clubs for all “

How can we improve access to clubs and activities for children and young people with diverse and complex needs?

How can we better support them in the community and promote what’s available in Bedford Borough?

What’s working well, and how can we enhance the community offer together?

What else is needed to create an inclusive environment where everyone belongs and thrives?
