Supporting Parent Carers’ Well-being & Resilience
The Healthy Parent Carer Programme is designed to support parent carers by improving their health and well-being. The programme promotes emotional balance, confidence, and resilience through shared experiences, practical self-care strategies, and expert guidance.
Delivered by Bedford Borough Parent Carer Forum, the programme is free for parent carers in Bedford Borough. Whether you attend online or in person, our sessions provide a welcoming and supportive space to learn, connect, and take time for yourself.
